What's ShopBlondee's return policy?
We love our jewelry, and want to make sure you do, too! So, before you buy, make sure you're 100% into it. All of our sales are final. But don't fret! What materials are the pieces made out of?
Have no fear because nickel + lead-free earrings are here (and always have been). We take pride in offering the best bang for your buck. Gone are the days of affordable jewelry turning your skin green thanks to our pieces. For any of our products are gold-dipped, it'll say so in the piece's description right here on the site. Can I cancel an order?
Sorry, darlings! No order cancellations here. Please be sure you want your item once you've placed your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to the quick turnaround time of items selling out + shipping.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We care way too much about you to let you wear damaged goods! If any item is damaged when you receive it, email us at ShopBlondee@gmail.com within 5 days of its arrival. We'll only accept it, however, as long as the pieces are unworn, free of pet hair, human hair, make-up, or any sort of mark that got on it once in your possession. Please allow 7 business days for your damaged return to be processed. Once it is, we'll email you a code for the item amount in store credit to use on your next order!

If you contact us after the 5 days of your item's delivery, we cannot accept it. But we get it-life happens! We can still try to help you in some way, even if the item can't be returned.
How long does shipping take?
Oh, we get it...there's nothing better than getting a package filled with fabulous jewelry! Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Let's fill you in on a little secret: we really try to get orders on their way to you within 24-48 hours.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
First of all, we STRONGLY recommend holding onto your tracking number to keep tabs on your order. Second, ShopBlondee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking. However, we are definitely here if you want a shoulder to lean on.
What if I want to show you how amazing I look in my ShopBlondee?
